Semi-auto Die-cutting and creasing machine is the professional machine for the high grade corrugated boxes.High tensile gripper bar and facility are flexible for different cardboard and corrugated board. Front lay, back lay and side positioning system ensures the precision of die cutting.
It has high precision intermittent mechanism, pneumatic clutch and pneumatic locking plate. Programmable controller and man-machine interface display machine speed, processing number, the total running time. Machine fault display makes the troubleshooting operation very convenient. The inverter is used to control the main motor and stepless speed regulation and run smoothly. Many sensors and safety devices are installed in the machine to ensure the normal working and personal safety of the machine. The die cutting pressure can be adjusted individually before and after the pressure. Manual turning is convenient and labor-saving.
